The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
is blessed with some of the finest and most unique rental communities in the
country. And J. Ellis can help you find
the right apartment home to fit most any need, lifestyle, and budget.
In addition to the traditional 2
and 3-story “Garden Style” communities, you can also choose from numerous loft,
town home, and high-rise properties.
Lofts – Trendy, cool, eclectic, open and airy; everyone has to
experience the loft lifestyle at least once! The DFW area offers scores of rental loft option, many of which are in
renovated, historic buildings located in exciting and busy urban settings. Most lofts are one large room with cement
floors and an industrial finish out. The word is minimalist! Lots of
high ceilings and windows with great views.
Yet, don’t think you will have to suffer from lack of every day
apartment conviencecs. These loft
communities offer the same modern technology, conveniences, and amenities as
their more conventional garden style community counterparts.

Townhomes – In the great state of Texas, a “townhome” is typically
a two-story dwelling within a building or community of contiguous
townhomes. The downstairs includes the
living, dining, and kitchen areas with one to three bedrooms upstairs. Many town homes come with garages or nearby
covered parking. In addition to the
home like stetting, many renters choose a townhome to avoid the potential of
noisy neighbors “upstairs”. Most
tonwhomes are on the ground level with nobody above or below. Remember, you are going to pay a little more
for this privacy!

Highrises – Until the past few years, the Dallas Fort Worth area
did not offer many apartment rental highrises. Now the urban skylines are peppered with both vintage and new luxury
highrise apartment communities. Some of
these high rises are historic office buildings and large warehouses that have
been creatively converted to loft style apartments. Others are new building that feature every amenity and resident
service you might expect from a high-end luxury rental.
Developers have also built
numerous Mid-rise apartment communities that are much like the traditional high
rise but are only 4-7 story buildings. Like the high-rise buildings, the lower mid-rise communities feature
interior hallways and elevator access to all floors. They often include underground or attached parking garages and
elaborate business centers and fitness centers like their “taller” counterparts.
WHERE TO FIND THESE UNIQUE RENTAL
